BBC sci-fi radio drama from 1966. Unearthly mud, with a will of its own, causes havoc in the town of Redlow. There are pitifully few British or BBC vintage radio recordings on archive.org either because the BBC didn’t have the foresight to record the vast majority of broadcasts (tantamount to cultural vandalism in my view), or, Scrooge-like, the Beeb is extremely possessive of copyright, demanding extortionate payment for CDs and the like.
